How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of £5 for shipping orders within the UK that are below £100. Orders above £100 receive free shipping. 

How does your UK Standard Delivery service work?

No matter what size your order is it will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For® first class service. Orders will normally be processed the following day but please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.

Does Running Bump ship overseas?

At the moment Running Bump is only available in the UK but we plan to deliver to other countries in future. Please do get in touch or send us a tweet to register your interest.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, simply complete the returns form, tell us what size you want instead, send your item(s) back and we'll get your preferred choice back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we unable to process an exchange for a different item. In this situation, please request a refund and purchase the new item through our website. 

What is your Returns Policy?

If items are returned to us unworn within 14 days then you will be eligible for a full refund. In order to be accepted, items must have their refund tags still attached.

How do I return something to you?

The first step is to complete the returns form with the appropriate refund reason code. Enclose the form in the package with your items that you are returning to us. 

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

We hope you won't, but as long as your item hasn't been dispatched then we can cancel your order. Just get in touch on our contact us page.

Yes, as long as your item hasn't been dispatched then we can amend your order. Just get in touch on our contact us page.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

This shouldn't happen as all items are quality checked but in the rare case that your item is faulty, please get in touch and we will rectify the problem immediately. You can return faulty items with proof of purchase at any time, this does not affect your statutory rights.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Sorry about that! contact us and let us know what you're missing so that we can get it sent to you ASAP.  

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If you haven't received your order within 5 days then something might have gone wrong! Please get in touch via our contact us page and we will investigate for you.
